Mr. Booth

Mr. Booth was born in Jacksonville in 1955. He attended public schools and graduated from Wolfson High School in 1972. He received a BS degree from FSU in 1975, with a major in psychology, He attended a graduate program in clinical psychology at the University of South Florida and worked 6 years as a mental health counsellor in Tampa. Mr. Booth entered law school at FSU in 1983, during which he worked 2 years as a legislative intern, and he graduated with honors in 1986.



Mr. Booth has practiced in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and products liability as well as wills, trusts, and estates. He has served on the Supreme Court’s Civil Rules Committee as well as the Juvenile Court Rules Committee, for which he was vice chairman. He has contributed to the Bar’s CLE publication for juvenile dependency law, and has lectured attorneys about probate law and procedure.


In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Booth has served numerous terms as president of his church congregation and he has also served as president of his fraternity’s local alumni association. Mr. Booth is married and resides with his wife in Orange Park.
